Infinite Undiscovery
Name Of Game: Infinite Undiscovery
Type Of Game: Free Based RPG
Developed By: Square Enix
Game Engine: Tri-Ace
Release Date: September 2, 2008
Console: Xbox 360
Achivements or Trophies? 1000GS
Online: Yes, Downloadable content only.
Overall Rating: 8.5 Out Of 10
Grafic Rating: 9 Out Of 10
Sound Rating: 8 Out Of 10
Storyline Rating: 10 Out Of 10
Summary: You start off in a jail cell as a guy named Capell, where you then meet a girl named Aya. She helps you break out of prison and get away, to meet up with the Liberation Force. The Liberation Force is a group of people going around ridding the world of the Chains that bind the moon, and in turn the whole world. And going after the Dread Knight, who controls all the chains. You can fight, create items, do side quests, and much more. The character involvement in this game is better than i have seen in most RPGs. There are love, and hate relationships. And theres even some jealousy thrown around. An interesting part about this game is when Capells "girlfriend" gets killed when her village is raided by "Vermiform". Capells voice acting gets a lot madder sounding, and he becomes a way more aggressive fighter.
the overall game is great, it is on 2 discs. A key part of the game is learning how to take advantage of the connect option and use your partys skills. And in my opinion, it really pulls the player into the story. It made me feel what the characters were feeling. And is overall a challenging RPG.
Ups and Downs: The main thing i liked in this game is that your HP can go higher than 9,999 now. Where as in basically all other RPGs made by Square, you HP maxs out a 9,999. And there is no level limit either.
A down thing about this game is the mouth animations. They are really bad in most parts of the cutscenes, the characters mouths will maybe open one time in a whole dialogue set. But you get over it.
