The Wifes new LEXUS!!!!!!

So the old laddy was promoted to manager from asst manager....So we thought she needed a new LEXUS!!!!!

Here it is....

LMAO!!! But really this is a hobbie of mine, i used my HVLP Paint gun and automotive grade paint i had left over from some work i had done......

these are before the clear coat.






These are after clear coat with a platinum peral adative...
(Yes if you look close you can see a few minor runs in the clear, this is an easy fix with 1000grit and cutting compound #7 and a buffing wheel....but i didnt have any cutting compound....so it will have to wait..)


Damn runs....its always the wet coat that gets ya!


Top turned out nice....


This is it all back together.... still waiting on some cash to get some cutting compound#7 to fix the runs.....






But realy the wife did get promoted, and no we didnt get a real lexus but hey who wants a overpriced toyota anyway.......

We picked this xbox up for $50 from Raven100112 the disc drive was shot.... lucky us we had one laying around

I got my arcade vershion off ebay through a reputable referb company for $140 shipped.....you can also pick up rrod ones for about $65 now....

i am going back to school soon so maybe i can sneak some money out of my schooling grant but might be wishing to hard lol!!but most people get a couple to a few thousand to buy school related stuff!!!!
